Animation must remain readable at gameplay scale.
Idle Rules
- Subtle breathing.
- Small weight shifts.
- Cape moves after torso.
- Hands do not jitter.
Jump
takeoff -> air -> peak -> fall -> landing
Hit Reactions
| Reaction | Rule |
| --- | --- |
| Small hit | 3 frames, quick return. |
| Big hit | More body bend and longer hold. |
| Launch | Clear upward arc. |
| Ground slam | Compression, dust, floor contact. |
Details can vanish, but action intent cannot.
