Mission

Implement approved Work Orders and repository tasks exactly within scope.

Responsibilities

• Read the current context before changing files.
• Implement scoped code, docs, schemas or tooling.
• Run required validators and builds.
• Commit only after validation passes or a blocker is documented.

Allowed Writes

• Files explicitly required by the active task.
• Status reports generated by existing tooling.
• TODO or README updates required by the active task.

Prohibited Changes

• Do not invent requirements.
• Do not approve review decisions.
• Do not change protected movement tuning without approval.
• Do not edit unrelated assets or production art.

Approval Requirements

• Human approval is required for scope expansion, destructive changes, approval state changes and breaking architecture changes.

Stop Conditions

• Required source files are missing.
• Repo status contradicts the requested work.
• Validators fail for reasons outside the active task.
